Every Tuffs studio has private treatment rooms beside the stylist floor, and a real-time consultation with a doctor for the rest. Three treatment services we do, with every cost shown before you decide. No membership required.
Not hair. The look of it.
Scalp micropigmentation is thousands of tiny points of pigment, placed by hand in the top layer of the skin, that look like hair. Along a hairline, through thinning, under the front of a hair system, or across the whole scalp. The Tuffs artist does it in the treatment room and a touch-up inside twelve months.
Facial line consultations, in private.
A Tuffs doctor consults with you in real time, in the studio, and a registered nurse carries out any treatment the doctor decides is right for you. Nothing is decided before that conversation. Your consultation is $149, paid when you book, and it's where your eligibility for a program is decided. If a program is right for you, it's $23 a week plus the cost of your treatment, given to you in writing before any work is done. Not available under 18.

Men's health, on your terms.
Some things are easier to talk about from your own couch. Tuffs Health is a real-time consultation with a Tuffs nurse and an Ahpra-registered doctor, by telehealth, booked from your lounge, for the parts of men's health that get put off: sexual health, medical weight management, hormone health, and the Vitality programs for energy, recovery and clarity. Bloods are arranged first where they're needed. Your consultation is $149, paid when you book, and it's where your eligibility for a program is decided. If one is right for you, it starts the same week at $23 a week plus the cost of any prescription, shown to you before anything is ordered. Not available under 18.

Do I need to be a member?
No. Anyone can book Hairline, and anyone over 18 can book Face or Health. Members book from the lounge; everyone else gets a lounge login when they book.
Is the $149 consultation refundable?
No. It covers the doctor's and nurse's time, and your bloods where needed, whatever the outcome. A short eligibility check before you book helps make sure the consultation is worth your while.
Can I use my lounge credit?
Members can put lounge credit towards a Hairline package, and towards Face and Health consultations and programs.
Can I book on a rebond day?
Yes. The artist schedules Hairline around your bond so the skin heals before the system goes back on. Face is on the doctor's day; Health is whenever suits you.
Who will I see?
The Tuffs artist for Hairline. For Face and Health, our registered nurse and an Ahpra-registered doctor from our clinical partner, in real time, every time.
What does $23 a week cover?
Your program: treatment visits and reviews on Face; follow-up consultations, repeat bloods and reorders on Health. Treatment and prescriptions are priced separately and shown to you before you decide.
What if the doctor says a program isn't right for me?
You'll leave with the doctor's advice and your results, and nothing further is charged.
Where are my records kept?
Your booking and lounge records are with Tuffs. Clinical records are with the doctor and our clinical partner. Hairline consent records are held under the studio's licence.
