Luxe members can have their first system fitted and cut in person, free of charge. Book the 45-minute visit from your member lounge, pick the studio, and bring your system with you. The option is open for 30 days from the day your first system arrives. Essentials and Active members are fitted on video only.

After experiencing my own hair loss and the knock it took on my confidence, I set out to create a better solution.

I built Tuffs to help men feel like themselves again and back on top, and I'm here to make sure you get the results and support you deserve.

Everything you need to know.
What exactly is a non-surgical hair system?
A custom-made unit of premium hair on an ultra-thin, breathable membrane or lace base that's securely bonded to your scalp, giving you a full head of hair that looks and feels completely natural. No surgery, no downtime.
How long can I wear it for?
Unlike a wig, it stays on. No taking it off at night. You can wear it for up to 6 weeks at a time, though we recommend a re-groom every 3 to 4 weeks to keep it looking its sharpest.
Can I shower, swim and train in it?
Yes. It's built for real life. Shower, swim and work out as normal. If you swim a lot, we'll simply suggest slightly more frequent re-grooms.
Will it ever come off?
No. As long as the adhesive is refreshed on schedule, your system stays securely fixed and only releases with our solvent spray. Lifting edges are simply your cue that a maintenance session is due.
Will it damage my natural hair?
No. Our adhesives are medically treated and skin-safe, so your scalp can breathe. It won't affect your natural hair growth or speed up hair loss.
Can I look after it myself at home?
Yes. Tuffs At Home fits you remotely: your first system arrives with the full kit and step-by-step video guides, and a Tuffs stylist walks you through the first application on a video call. Re-grooming takes around 30 to 45 minutes once you know the routine.
I'm not near a studio, or I already wear a system. Can you help?
Yes. Tuffs At Home designs your system from your photos, guides your first fitting on a video call, then delivers your ongoing orders with online support wherever you live. Already wear a system from elsewhere? Switch to Tuffs for consistent service and expert upkeep.
